Hotfix compile ubuntu24

Carlos Medrano Navalón requested to merge hotfix-compile-ubuntu24 into Development

There were compiling errors due to version updates in Ubuntu 24. I erased "using namespace std" in several files and added some includes to fix these compiling errors.
